Qwickly Attendance Pro continues to add new features to help administrators and faculty adapt to this year’s new challenges in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Contact tracing has become a prevailing need among universities as they try to preserve the health and safety of their students and faculty, while still providing a quality education experience. Many clients with a license of Qwickly Attendance Pro have requested a contact tracing solution that could pull information about student and course attendance from their existing Qwickly Attendance records. The flexibility of Qwickly Attendance Pro provided the opportunity to work closely with these clients to create a timely solution tailored to their specific needs. Furthermore, this adaptability exemplifies how Qwickly Attendance Pro can address unexpected issues that may arise in the future.

In collaboration with our clients, Qwickly has developed an easy-to-use Contact Tracing Report which simplifies the contact tracing process by reducing the time and effort required on the part of administrators and faculty. Using the Contact Tracing Report, institutions can easily and accurately complete daily assessments, helping to ensure they follow protocol and maintain a responsible climate. Access the Contact Tracing Report through the Qwickly Attendance Pro dashboard (https://www.qwickly.tools), simply search for a specific student, and then see the dates & courses when this student was not absent (i.e., were assigned a present, late, tardy status, etc.).  The Contact Tracing Report will also show which other students were not absent on those same days and in those same courses. 

Qwickly clients who already license Qwickly Attendance Pro will have access to the Contact Tracing Report starting Wednesday, September 30th. No further action is required on the part of these clients in order to access this new feature.
