Qwickly is thrilled to announce the launch of its new concurrent check-in feature for groups and sections. This innovative tool is designed to significantly enhance the efficiency of attendance tracking for instructors managing multiple groups or sections within a single course.
With Qwickly's concurrent check-in functionality, instructors can now effortlessly monitor attendance for all designated groups or sections simultaneously. By setting up sections in their Learning Management System (LMS) and selecting the desired sections for attendance, instructors can initiate a single check-in process. This eliminates the need for manual entries or juggling multiple rosters, saving valuable time and effort.
Students can easily participate in the check-in process by using their unique QR code or PIN, provided by the instructor. This streamlined approach benefits both instructors and students, making attendance tracking a simple and efficient task.
Current licensees of Qwickly Attendance Plus or Pro who wish to utilize the concurrent check-in feature will need to have it activated at both the administrative and instructor levels. Detailed instructions and guidance on setup and usage can be found in the Qwickly Knowledge Base Article.
